18-hole Courses

RIVERMOOR COUNTRY CLUB
The Waterford course, in its 65th year, opened this year (1998) on Valentine's Day. Golf rates are $13 for nine holes and $22 for 18 holes weekdays, $16/$28 weekends. Twilight rates are $13 weekdays, $16 weekends after 3 pm and $10/$13 after 5 pm. Carts are $12 for nine holes, $24 for 18 holes. The course also offers dinner/golf packages after 2:30 pm for two people Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for $54, and Saturdays and Sundays for $60. H.F. JOHNSON PARK
This is the city of Racine's top public course. This past winter it has been open periodically. City of Racine resident weekday golf rates are $8.75 for nine holes and $16 for 18 holes; nonresident rates are $10.50/$19.75. Weekend rates are $9/$17.75 for residents, $11/$21 for nonresidents. Cart rates (seven days) are $11.50/$23 for residents, $12.50/$25 for nonresidents. Twenty-play (nine holes) passes are $159 for county residents, $193.50 for nonresidents; for seniors, it's $91.50/$145.75. Tee time reservations are $3 weekdays and $4.50 weekends. IVES GROVES GOLF LINKS
The 27-hole county course has been open this year (1998) since March 26. County resident weekday golf rates are $8.30 for nine holes, $15.50 for 18 holes; nonresident rates are $10.25/$19.35. Weekend rates are $8.70/$16.65 for residents and $10.70/$20.50 for nonresidents. Twenty-play (nine-hole) passes are $154 for resident adults anad $187.55 for nonresident adults. BROWNS LAKE GOLF COURSE
The Burlington course seen some major renovations this past winter and the club house has been fully remodeled. Its sister course is Ives Groves and has the same fees. It is located near Burlington across the road from Browns Lake. Call 262.763.6065.

SOUTH HILLS COUNTRY CLUB
The Franksville course opened this year in early March. Golf rates are $13 for nine holes and $19 for 18 holes weekdays, $14/$25 weekends. Carts are $14/$24 weekdays and $15/$25 weekends. Pull carts are $2. Call 262.835.4441.

9-hole Courses

WASHINGTON PARK
This popular course has been open this year since April 1. Racine resident golf rates are $8 weekdays and $8.50 weekends, and nonresident rates are $10.25/$10.75, Junior and senior rates are available as wee. Tee time reservations are $1.50 weekdays, $2.50 weekends. Call 262.635.0118.

SHOOP PARK
This course is on Lake Michigan in Wind Point. Racine resident golf rates are $8.50 weekdays and $9 weekends, and nonresident rates are $10.75/$11.50. Junior and senior rates are available as well. Tee time reservations are the same as at Washington Park. Call 262.681.9714.

RAYMOND HEIGHTS
The par-3 course and accompanying driving range is off Interstate 94 near 7 Mile Rd. Golf rates are $4.25 for juniors and $5.25 for adults; pull carts are $1.25. Driving range prices are $9 for a superbucket, $5 for a large bucket and $3 for a small bucket. Call 262.835.2020.
