H.W. Halbach & Sons put Waterford on the map with their chickens, the Halbach Strain of White Rocks. The farm has been here since 1898. Harry and Vi Halbach, the present owners, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 1998. Harry still judges chickens.
