Just received your survey and would like to write a little more than the space provided. Your mission to give "the best real estate service in our corner of the civilized world" truly exemplifies what you've done in selling our house. Your professionalism and masterful devotion to real estate certainly made itself very apparent from the first day.

Yours was a difficult undertaking, because our house had been on the market, through another Realtor, prior to your acceptance. Therein lies the difficulty. It had been advertised locally for 8 months and the area was already saturated with the ad for the house. You took the initiative to take several pictures both inside and out so that people would have fresh insights on the house. You also advertised throughout the entire region to get folks interested and enthusiastic. WE even had some folks from Virginia that looked at our "Palace". The internet was a super idea. Through all of your work and of those in the office, we had some 40 showings in less than 4 months, including 5 on one weekend alone. And from that weekend, we got 3 offers. And all of this was done without any open houses.

We are certainly gratified that you were able to sell our house. You certainly earned each and every penny that you were paid. You deserve a meritorious citation for job undeniably "well done".
