WAUBEESEE LAKE... Located just west of Hwy 36, near Wind Lake, this lake has a surface of 129 acres and a maximum depth of 73 ft. It is a drainage lake. The shoreland is privately owned. It has a muck bottom for the most part, but most shorelines are sandy and excellent for swimming. There is a diverse panfish population. Waubeesee is the deepest lake in Racine County. Its shoreline and water quality keep the property values high.
