| Flowers in Bloom The ‘second’ Main Street in the village of Waterford combines old and new. Notice the hanging petunias that grace the utility poles. The Lions Club of Waterford provided the beautiful flowers for most of the village’s streets. If you are lucky enough to have a ‘bag of petunias,’ you are responsible for their welfare! |
