The community of Wind Lake has grown up around its namesake. Wind Lake is located within the township of Norway. This area is easily accessible for the Milwaukee commute; located right on the Milwaukee / Waukesha county line. The many of the area children go to Waterford Schools, while others attend the Muskego school system.
